Design Details Required
To create a seamless and polished design, please provide the following:
- Wording to be included
- Event theme
- If no theme is selected, describe the desired elements, mood, and overall aesthetic
- Color direction
- Please be specific; general color names are not sufficient
- Shape preferences, if applicable
Image Submission Guidelines
- Upload only images intended for use (celebrant photos, logos, or artwork)
- Images are accepted as submitted
- Changes to images after design edits will incur additional fees
- If image quality is a concern, request a review prior to design start
Proofing & Approval
- A draft will be provided for review
- Feedback is required to proceed with revisions
- Final approval is required before files are released
